Your tasks:

  • Organisation of travel, events and meetings

  • Coordinating appointments

  • Telephone and email correspondence in German and English

  • Point of contact for staff and customers

  • Billing, shipping, ordering and administration of our products

  • Supporting the accounting department

Requirements:

  • Strengths in organisation and communication

  • Very good written and spoken German

  • Good written and spoken English

  • Good MS Office skills

  • Good understanding of numbers and solution-oriented approach to work

  • Reliable team player, discreet and open personality

Type of Employment:

Part-time (25 hours per week). Monday to Friday.

Salary:

The minimum monthly salary according to KV is € 2.396,00 gross (full-time). The actual payment depends on the respective qualification or work experience.
